Dr. Gralnick has a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from U.C.L.A., a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), from Ventura College of Law. In addition, she has a Lifetime California Community College Credential in Administration and Public Services and a CTE "cleared" credential in four industries which incorporates the following:
1) Public Services; 2) Marketing/Sales/Services;
3) Business/Finance; and 4) Education
Lastly, she has a 30-Day Emergency Certificated Substitute Permit.
Dr. Gralnick was a college instructor for over twenty years and taught Employment and Business Law, Criminal Justice, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Communications, Business Ethics, Marketing, Management Theory and Applications, Organizational Behavior, Public Administration, Critical Thinking, Grant and Proposal Writing, CyberLaw, Entrepreneurship, and the Capstone Courses for both the undergraduates and graduate students.
As an Adjunct Faculty Member, she taught for the University of Phoenix, Upper Iowa University online, the University of Redlands in Southern California, and online for Baker College in Michigan. Her students were adult learners, working on a master's degree in business administration (M.B.A.), or pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration (B.A.).
Dr. Gralnick attends a tradeshow in Anaheim that focuses on leadership skills and learning new conflict resolution skills for businesses.
Dr. Gralnick is keynote speaker at an Embassey Suites Hotel in Los Angeles, discussing the Family Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act.
